"I hired a different business outside of HomeAdvisor"

"There were no issues with the remediation. I worked with Rey, he explained the process, did the work and sent me video's of the treatment so I could see the progress. It was a pleasure working with My Pure Environment and would highly recommend them for anyone requiring mold remediation services."

"I have worked with the owner several times - very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and gives actionable steps to address the water/mold issues that have popped up. Quick turn around time too."

"Bery professional and thorough. We received the results in a timely manner with excellent explanation."

"We contacted Helander Healthy Homes about an air quality issue at one of our rental properties. Don responded very quickly and took time to answer all of our questions. He referred us to a company that did air quality testing and that company was also very responsive and competent. When we discovered that remediation was necessary, Don recommended an expedient and cost-efficient solution and was able to do the work very quickly thereafter. Follow up air quality testing confirmed that the issue was resolved. We would recommend Helander Healthy Homes without reservation."

"The guys were on time, cheerful, thorough, and and got the job done. They were thoughtful about my cat, too. The 'sanitization' stuff they sprayed did smell for a few days, despite my airing out the house with the windows open, but it did eventually go away. And they must have gotten a lot of dust out because my children (who are usually very sneezy with the dust pumping through our house) have seemed much better since the ducts got cleaned. Very happy with the service. I used an Angie's List "deal" for the service--I was in a hurry to get it done (my kids had dropped some art supplies down a vent that were making clicking noised that were driving me nuts) so I didn't compare prices at all, I just looked for a company that seemed thorough and they they were. And the clicking sounds of rogue art supplies is gone. Yay!"

"Quality work, on time reasonable pricing with thorough effort."

"My wife and I were looking at a property to buy, but it had a mold problem in the basement. Art Fontaine of New Tech responded quickly to our request for a test and we got the results in three days! Art was very professional, courteous and prompt (he arrived early for our appointment). He was clear about what he was doing and what the results meant. A very positive experience."

"It went well. They showed up on time, very professional and gave me a satisfaction about the price."
