"Whatever your needs may be big or small the only place you should be reaching out to is Josh at J&O Plumbing!! Hands down top notch business and 100% professionalism all the way around!! Had after 11 yrs our gas hot water tank go south and shut down right when I brought my mom home from the hospital after being away for a month, I took pictures of the tank and area and issues and Josh got us secure in no time even with a crazy schedule and we were back again enjoying hot water with a new tank!! Neat, clean and knowledgeable is the entire group of guys and we couldn't be more grateful!! Have problems, questions or concerns do yourself and family a favor and call J&O Plumbing first!! " RooterMan diagnosed the issue as a faulty cartridge and quoted me $195. I informed them that I had already installed a new cartridge. They removed it, reinstalled it, and turned the water on and off a few times. I was then told the handle would be tight for a few days but should loosen over time. However, that has not been the case, as the handle has not loosened and remains in the same condition as when I initially installed it. I later called and spoke with dispatch, who stated that Sam was ?in trouble? for undercharging. That comment raised additional concerns for me, and it is what ultimately led me to file this complaint. I feel I was overcharged without receiving a proper repair or resolution."
