Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

They gave me a new look to an old apartment. Diana Construction were flexible and creative. In an old building with many flaws, they found a way to make it work and look nice. My apartment had crooked walls, water damage, and other things. Diana repaired the damage and found ways to work around the problems that weren't repairable (ie. the building itself has some issues).
What started out as a simple kitchen remodel, I was so impressed with their work that I had them do more and more, eventually having them do flooring, the bathroom, and more. "Tim Gillen owns the company and is physically present for almost all the work that goes on during the project. This ensures that the quality stays high on the work performed.  He directly oversees the job and the final walk through was easy as there were only a few items to finish off. These were completed in a few hours with no issues.
His crew cleaned up after every work day, including picking up all drop cloths, vacuuming and wiping down where any construction dust had settled. 
The employees we met were all personable, friendly and competent.  All requests were completed with a good attitude and willingness to accommodate our needs.  Vendors employed by The Gillen Co to provide service such as electric and plaster repair were likewise helpful and friendly. 
Change orders or additional work was negotiated in a friendly and easy manner.  Upgrades were handled the same way.
The Gillen Co provides a vendor list for common suppliers such as tile, granite, lighting etc and this is a good place to start if you are unfamiliar with local vendors. After doing our own research we ended up using a mix of recommended suppliers and our own sources for items purchased during this project.
The project turned out very well and we are pleased with the end result.
