He also re-installed our front door after we discovered that the person who had initially installed it did not ensure it was plumb. This was a complex job which he did with great care and efficiency, ensuring that no detail was missed (as an example, he noted that when the door was re-installed, the door sweep was just barely making contact with the door sill, so he replaced it with a taller door sweep to ensure a tight seal). They finished the front door with a beautiful high gloss paint which was done meticulously! Unlike previous searches for contractors (referrals through family or friends), we found Flavio through reviews on Angie's List, and he is by far the most talented and best contractor that we've ever worked with! We're so grateful to have met him, and are looking forward to working with him on a number of projects in the coming months. He absolutely lives up to -- and truly exceeds -- his stellar reputation. They made sure to be respectful of neighborhood noise ordinances when using power washers for outdoor work.
