"The 2 guys that provided a rough estimate were friendly but I have a few pieces of feedback for Anthony as a company. The first is that if there is a general ballpark figure you can quote over the phone (which the 2 guys that showed up we’re able to after asking 10 min worth of questions), then I would do so in order to save your potential customers the hassle of making an appointment only to find out the cost of your services might far exceed their budget (as they did in my case). I would also encourage you to be more mindful in general when sending techs out to someone’s house during a time like this with the pandemic we are in - if there’s a way to estimate a service over the phone like the 2 techs did for me today (without even looking at the area we were wanting to install a system for), I would recommend you do so in order to save everyone time and to not put your staff or homeowners at risk for no reason."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

The usual person that does them was not available. When they did my sofa it had a chest in front of it and when that chest was moved to a new house I noticed that the skirt on the back of the sofa was shrunk or wrinkled. It did not fit as well as it should have. If I had noticed this upfront I would have said something at the time. It was more than I generally contracted because I added the upstairs and sofa.  I have another Angie's List coupon available, but I would only use the person who originally came the previous two times.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"My AC isn't working so I called Wyatt Home Solutions for a diagnosis of my unit. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company. "I am not happy with the price. Its kind of hard. The quality is based on the people that come out. With the providers. I am not always happy with the provider's that come out. They are the one's who we got the house, it was already apart of it. I basically contact them over the phone to request the service. Usually its automated. I have to talk to them over the phone if I am having an problem. If the service is not done correctly, or I was unhappy. If I am unhappy with the vendor, I am contacting American Home Shield."
