"Lee Barnes was very knowledgeable explained all aspects of new hvac system install. And answered all our questions. Provided good options and recommendations based on our requirements. promptly scheduled install on our time line. The installation crew was on time and very professional. They made sure the property was kept clean during and after install."

"exceptional service. Technician was on time, respectful, and waited patiently as I tried to locate a mask to wear prior to allowing him into my home. He answered any questions or concerns I had and even calmed my barking dog."

"Service was good but did seem expensive for the short amount of time needed for the replacement part to be installed. I guess that is the nature of specialized services like that though. Brandon was great though, friendly and efficient."

"The audit went well.  The follow-on work (water heater replacement, heat pump replacement, and caulking).
They did a pretty good job.  They did sub out the water heater and heat pump parts.  The new water heater had a heat pump unit on it too.  The water heater had an alarm that went out and was eventually replaced.
The subs did test my patience when they started late and ended even later than they said they would.  I eventually told them they had to get out at a certain time.
I took a year to write this because I wanted to back it up with cost savings info.  Unfortunately, the jury is still out on whether or not the system is paying for itself.

"Fast, courteous, professional installation. Highly recommend"

"Called Doc and he answered the phone (no voice mail). He said, after delivery of dishwasher to inspect for damaged merchandise (sometimes he comes to install and finds product damaged). Gave price of $199.00. When delivery has been made and all is well, call him and he will schedule installation. Delivery was made on a Friday, called him on Saturday (again he answered his phone) and he came on Monday morning. There were no extra charges. Installation was done professionally and quickly. No more doing dishes by hand!"

"Brian & his team, were very professional & knowledgeable. They are very concerned about your house, & keep it so clean, that afterwards you never would know they were there. Their prices are very reasonable. I had a mini split installed & a water heater, & am very pleased. They made suggestions & gave me information & instructions on how best to use the units. I have a few other projects that need to be done, & will definitely use them again & again. They are local & it is great to keep the business in Delaware County. They arrived on time, & were done on time. Both my jobs are working as expected, & I am thrilled. I would highly recommend them for any home repairs that you may ever need."
