"We purchased a new home that Lou was building in Smithfield while it was being framed. Even though the home was not a custom build, Lou treated it like it was. We added quite a few upgrades along the way and he entertained every one of them with enthusiasm. The craftsmanship and overall quality of work was second to none. His son built our field stone fireplace that came out beautiful. He always went out of his way to get things right for us... even when the Realtors could not get us together before the closing. I would hire Lou in a heartbeat for any other home we build, an addition or any other project that we may have in the future."

"I have nothing but positive things to say about Lunco. They stripped the existing wallpaper in most of my new house and painted it to perfection, which was not an easy task, given the vaulted ceilings and the difficult wallpaper. I work as a project manager for a commercial general construction company and have experience working with many different subcontractors, so I feel confident saying, Lunco is the class of the field. "Kevin from Crest answered my call the same day and was out to help assess a leak in my attic the next morning (before work). He gave me advice on dealing with the water issue in the attic and quoted me quickly on fixing the leak caused by missing flashing between my roof and the chimney. Very transparent quote and fair pricing (I consulted with contractors and family to gauge the expected price). After I chose Crest to do the work, Kevin had someone up on the roof and got the work done on one of the first clear days. Shingles, flashing, masonry and sealant done while we were at work, no hassle. I would recommend Kevin and team for anyone needing roof repairs."
