He didn't show up but was still paid due to miscommunication with another unit owner. He missed another appointment, and I have been unable to reach him since. He doesn't respond to texts and hasn't answered any of the 15 calls I made over the past two months."

They told me to find someone else to service the system after I left a bad review."
