It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

Family run business, with exceptional service.  From beginning of process to completion of project it was a pleasant experience.

We were not in need of a roof, we had no damage or leaks, just wanted a new roof prior to retiring which would then outlast our lifetime.  The sales rep was prompt for our initial free estimate, who quickly won us over with his knowledge of the products, how they are made, the guarantee of how long they would last, and how they would be installed.  The same day we were given an installation date, pending the weather.  The weather was good, their long time employee roofer was there on time, within the same day, the old shingles were removed, all repairs needed were repaired and the new shingles were installed.  Crew was very good and professional.  They go the extra mile and provided excellent customer satisfaction.

"Danny was my technician and I found him to be reliable, knowledgeable, perseverant, and professional. I procrastinated several months on finding an electrician to fix a wiring issue that was affecting the lighting in my basement because I was intimidated by what I thought would be a huge cost, and by what a different electrician had told me. It was recommended that I purchase the half day electrician for the day package which was a great deal for what I needed. Danny took his time trying to diagnose the problem and when he found it there was a slight chance the repair would involve cutting into the drywall. He had a solution that would have avoided that but in the end he was able to find and fix the problem without any wall cutting. I appreciated his tenacity. I also appreciated that as a female homeowner I was treated fairly and respectfully. Danny made some recommendations that I will mostly likely follow-up on. "Great - The issue was resolved in less than 3 hours from the time I called them. This was important as I had to shutoff water to the entire house prior to the repair. Stan was prompt, pleasant and reasonable. Will definitely call them for any future Plumbing or Heating needs."

"It turned into a huge waste of time. The tech took the samples and submitted them to the lab, which apparently "lost" them, which I didn't find out about until after the expected time to receive the report had past, thus ruining the timeline that had been put together to deal with the situation (this was for a home that was about to list for sale, and I needed to know asap whether it could list or needed to be held back for remediation). To their credit, they ended up not charging me for the sample-taking (as I did not receive any results), and they were not able to revisit the property on a schedule that was quick enough to suit my needs. The other frustrating part was that they made very dire-sounding comments about the property, which were totally unfounded. The problem at the property was trivial (this was verified by subsequent testing), and no actual on-going problem existed and there was no need for destructive inspection or major renovation. And yet the tech had essentially said, "well, we can demo the bathroom", i.e. suggesting that spending $3k-5k was what I should do, and would need to do. It felt like it was an attempt to coerce me into a major expense unnecessarily."

"Outside Temp today was 100 deg F with high humidity. Upstairs temp was 88 and climbing--upstairs heat pump not working. Called J &G. Brittany, their dispatcher, called one of the service guys who was finishing a job near the area and he swung over within half an hour. On top of that, our street was being repaved so he had to park on a nearby street and walk a block. Diagnosed problem in seconds, showed me how he did, and replaced faulty capacitor. All contacts were friendly, professional, and competent. These folks have provided us with A-1 service for at least 10 years. Outstanding company."

"Our tech arrived shortly after getting home from work. He was ontime and prompted. He diagnosed our issue and proceeded with the repair. The tech was from Sears Repair hired by our home warranty service [*** Link removed ***] and kudos to them for doing so!
