"Just had my first service check up on my heating and air conditioning unit. As was the install the scheduling was easy. The technician called prior to arrival. I met him at the door and he explained everything that the service included. Then he went about his business. The report was concise and I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and manner. I highly recommend Maynor for your installation and service needs."

"I called and they were able to come out the same day and they immediately diagnosed the issue. The part was ordered and in 2 days, they were back to repair the fridge. They were my heros - quick, efficient, reasonable and very professional."

"I purchased my HVAC system from Air Experts of Raleigh back in 2017 and have a maintenance contract with them for it. They have very consistently provided a very high level of service at regular maintenance times as well as when I have needed them to check the unit. Shane Collins was out yesterday to look at it - he is a top notch professional, very knowledgeable and able to explain things to me so I understand. Very thankful I went with this company for my HVAC needs!"

"My experience was excellent. Everyone I talked to was friendly and more importantly energetic. They seem to really enjoy what they do, and in fact when I spoke with Ben and asked him more about the company he couldn't stop talking about what a great company it is to work for. Most importantly he says that part of their culture is honesty above everything, and making sure that they educate each customer in every situation. Ultimately Comfort Monster fixed some issues that were left over from another company and then installed a new system in my garage that had only been partially setup when the home was built. I am now on a service contract and they come out twice a year to check and optimize my systems for each season."

"This company was excellent from start to finish. We needed our hvac unit serviced and they were efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I called needing someone out same day and they arrived very promptly. I received a text letting me know when to expect them and I didn't have to wait around all day. The technician was able to fix the issue and also took extra time to thoroughly inspect each unit. I knew before any work was done what the cost was going to be and there were no surprises. I was so happy with their service that I had them inspect the heating and AC system our new house that we were purchasing. I highly recommend Streamline Services."

"Cape Fear did a great job on my Heat Pump Tune Up , they went above and beyond"

"I had been told by a repairman from a company I had a service contract with that my furnace badly needed a cleaning and was quoted a price of $600 for the job as well as an additional $400 to remove a nonworking humidifier. These quotes seemed exorbitant and so I got some estimates, all much lower, and chose Dominion on the basis of reviews. Terrone said my furnace did not need a cleaning, passing up an opportunity to charge me for something I thought I needed, and repaired my humidifier for less than the cost the other company had quoted for merely removing it. He showed me what he was doing, explained how my heating system worked, and charged me a fair price for the job. I would certainly call Dominion again for any HVAC needs."

"Extremely quick response to heating issue with accurate and fast repair with warranty. Cannot ask for any more than that! Thank you!"

"Excellent service, warm, friendly and most of all honest. I highly recommend his service."
