His estimate showed expertise and attention to detail, and he recommended a higher-end model than others. Supporting a local business was important to us. During installation, Mike detected a faint gas smell, traced it to a nail puncturing our gas line—a slow leak for ten years. He safely repaired it, thanks to his gas line certification.
