"It went very well. The technician came by on a Friday and checked our system to determine what needed to be done, after which he gave us several options.  He told us to think over what we wanted to have done if anything.  If we chose to have nothing done he would then send us a bill for the visit the following week.   There were no scare tactics such as suggesting that if we didn't get a whole new system we would be sorry later.  Very professional.  We called them back on Monday and they came out that day and replaced the exhaust motor.  I would definitely use them again. "Showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had already agreed to pay an extra $250 for the Saturday install, but they then added another $200 to reinstall the recirculation pump that I had on my old tank. When I was quoted, I had taken pictures of the expansion tank and talked through it, so I was not too happy about being charged extra for it as it should have been included in the quote. Besides that, the soldering job is a little sloppy but should hold. They also made quite a watery mess removing my old tank, which I had to clean. In the end, their pricing was reasonable even with the extra fees, and they were able to come out the next day and install the heater, which I needed due to having small children in the house."
