"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. "I highly recommend Advent Plumbing. I had a water buildup in the area around my laundry room. This was a difficult leak to pinpoint the location of, but Elie Toussaint and his team did not give up. They diligently examined the area, then used a jackhammer to dig into the slab around the pipes. Doing this, they were able to find the location of the leak and replace the necessary pipes. This was a big relief to me, because the previous plumbing company I used was unable to find the leak. In addition to fixing the problem, Elie and his team were friendly, polite and did a great job communicating throughout the process. Outstanding work overall!"
