I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. "After two weeks of trying to diagnose the problem with my heating system, it was determined that I needed to replace the system. Although this was not the answer that I was looking for, it was the right answer and decision. From the technicians who determined a replacement was needed, to Phil Grego who coordinated the replacement installation, to Miguel and his coworker who worked quickly to replace the system, it was a flawless coordinated effort to restore a working heating system in my house. All representatives from Arctic Air were respectful and informative. An extra shout out to Phil who was able to get me on the installation schedule quickly."

"Excellent! I was without heat and Nathan came out right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace immediately. I asked him back to quiet the vibration that had been a prior problem that I had been told was unable to be repaired. This company is honest and worked to fix the root of the vibration and eliminated it. I would absolutely hire this company again and plan on making a spring appointment for my central A/C - I can’t think of a better company or person (Nathan) to hire for furnace or Central A/C Maintence and repair (including emergencies). "I must say that Temp control LLC from Woodbridge is one of the best companies around based on my experience with them. I called on a Saturday, Shai came a few hours later, performed the service, explained what the issues were and the next day he called back to ask if everything was doing well. Where do you find service like that? I can say without hesitation that anyone who gives a bad review to this company is either a competitor or someone who wants to damage this company on purpose because you cannot find this type of service anywhere. "I had Indoor Air install a central AC unit and furnace at our rental property and a central AC unit at our residence in early 2016. First, I'm a bit obsessive about research and price quotes and spent many hours sitting with salespeople and getting quotes from seven different local providers: two small-scale, two mid-size and three large companies. The closest local competitor by staffing seemed to be Princeton Air. Indoor Air had such positive reviews on Angie's List, Yelp and Google that I asked Dennis how he was gaming the system, and he claimed that they had no dedicated staff for optimizing online reviews. The salesman for Princeton Air, by contrast, told me they hired someone in 2015 to manage their online presence, after I asked him why their negative reviews seemed to end about six months earlier, with significant negative reviews before. Indoor Air beat Princeton Air's prices by a surprisingly large margin, and five other vendors' pricing by a lesser but still significant amount, right off the bat, and after some back and forth negotiating (I'm very aggressive on price.), he came within 5% of the lowest bid, which was an individual installer with no support staff. I've been surprised by the following: 1) The women who answer the phone always remember who I am and are genuinely friendly and helpful. 2) The service people came out within two hours after I accidentally put a box on a pipe in the attic that drains the water from the AC unit, such that water started dripping through the ceiling. I was mad as **** at them and quite obnoxious, thinking this was their installation fault; they remained patient and professional; and after the tech guy showed me the box on the pipe, he very patiently explained how he'd remedy things at no charge, even as the steam continued to rise from my ears as I argued with him, and then he took care of it immediately, which made me a bit sheepish. 3) Yesterday, a tech came out to my house to look at a problem with a hot water heater that they didn't even install, fixed the problem and didn't charge me for it. (He had been out earlier for annual maintenance of the AC unit and was still in the area.) I tend to be skeptical about tradespeople until proven wrong, but Indoor Air consistently makes me trust their judgement, pricing and professionalism. They've done a couple of other little things for me like replace a thermostat, which required significant rewiring, and their pricing and professionalism in going the second mile without additional charges has been very impressive."
