He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. Previously on the project we had noticed a periodic odor of gas but no one had verified a source. Keith identified a leak in the area of the furnace right next to the water heater. We had decided to upgrade the furnace and AC and again Keith and his team were able to get an order in quickly, get the install done exactly as committed and fixed the gas leak in the process. Based on the quality of work performed in each case and the expertise of the team I hired Plumbing Tree again to assess an old furnace and AC at my primary residence. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
