"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Outside Temp today was 100 deg F with high humidity. Upstairs temp was 88 and climbing--upstairs heat pump not working. Called J &G. Brittany, their dispatcher, called one of the service guys who was finishing a job near the area and he swung over within half an hour. On top of that, our street was being repaved so he had to park on a nearby street and walk a block. Diagnosed problem in seconds, showed me how he did, and replaced faulty capacitor.
