"After trying to get another A rated company to come to my home and not getting any response after multiple attempts to reach them, I reached out to ABQ Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. They answered my call immediately (no messages had to be left), they had someone scheduled to be there within days (I called on a Friday). The toilet issue was repaired same day as the consultation. Matt, the technician who came out, completed the job quickly and the work was great. He discussed caulking options with me and provided his input on why I may or may not want to do it a specific way and let me decide how I wanted it done. He was scheduled to return the following Monday to complete the work to replace the kitchen Faucet and garbage disposal. He gave input on purchase options with him vs. getting it ourselves and pros and cons of both. We opted to buy our own and have him do the work. He had me test everything to ensure it was to my satisfaction, and specifically pointed out what connections and piping he had to replace, as well as showing me how to do basic user maintenance on my new garbage disposal to help save me money in the future. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Work was done in July 2021. Our 18-year old house had problems with root intrusion in the sewer main line (house to street). A big company recommended the entire main line be replaced out to the middle of the street using trenchless digging. Their estimate was super expensive ($$,$$$), with 3 days work and the street shut down. So we checked out reviews on Angi.com and chose All-Out for an estimate. Ron surveyed the site, reviewed the video from inside the pipe, and determined that only a section needed to be replaced and it wouldn't involve any of the city line. We had just replaced an element and they told us it was the wrong one and took the element but we had just put on and was going to bring back the proper one as well as the one that they had taken off they brought back a different one never brought back the new one that they had taken off but I had already replaced and two days later the furnace quit blowing hot air againI was told it would be more than a week before somebody could get out there and I had a newborn baby that was born less than a week earlier.. needless to say we ended up calling another company and the element was not the problem it's just that they were dirty posts on one of the firing pins it took a minute half with steel wool to clean it off and my furnace works works great ever since.
