"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "After fruitless attempts to even get a plumber to return our calls, we found Easy Flow through Angie's List. Mr. Robert Magliulo responded the same day! He was cheerful, friendly, and eager to be friendly and accommodating. He came the next day to evaluate the problem and to provide a written and reasonable estimate. Upon tackling the job, Robert found it to be more ticklish than originally thought. He was absolutely correct. It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. The finished job proved to be a safe and professional solution to a serious problem we hadn't even been aware of. Mr. Magliulo made certain that we knew we could call on him if there was any problem. There hasn't been. We were delighted and grateful. I would recommend Easy Flow to anyone requiring plumbing services!"

"I had problems with A/C intially and they took care of it. A few months later, they pinpointed the unit that failed, and took steps to get a new unit to replace the bad one. They worked today to get both units heating and cooling. The company is very fair in pricing. Thank you AJ and Sam!"

"Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

"Heater was making a knocking sound and of course it was the holiday season. Braido came out right away and found a fan part needed replacement. The parts vendor was closed but they came out the next available day and had everything running smooth."

"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. Mikes was efficient, conscientious and professional and they completed the job on time and for a reasonable cost. I recommend them for AC repair as well as installation of new units. When I'm able to replace my system, I'll be calling Mikes Air Conditioning to do the job. Building relationships and getting repeat business should be the goal of any business. "The gentlemen from Green Ductors were incredibly professional and clearly explained the problem to us. They explained different options that we had and gave us an estimate for each. We decided to have them install a new dryer vent, and our dryer has been working wonderfully ever since! They even sent us a document with before and after pictures. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.
