"TDH is an amazing company, and I would recommend them to everyone. We received quotes from 6 different companies to replace our systems, and TDH came in the second cheapest. However, they had much better reviews than the cheaper company, they were recommended by our next door neighbors who had just used them to replace their system, and they provided a better warranty than any of the six companies (12 years, parts and labor, fully transferrable, and no ability for the company to cancel or refuse warranty service for lack of routine cleaning or other conditions). They were also equally or more professional and thorough as any other company during the process of getting quotes. The installation process went well; they sent a team of four people who worked for almost 12 hours to get everything replaced in both systems. They were clean throughout the process (wore coverings over their shoes, laid down protection pads over all floors, kept all packaging materials outside and then cleaned them up, etc.). A few days after the install, on a Sunday, we had a particularly hot day, and it turned out that the freon needed to be adjusted slightly in one of the systems. I used the company's website to request a service technician to contact me, and I received a call back within 3 minutes from an actual technician. He told me that he could be to my house in 2 hours, which he achieved. I was amazed! The website request form is for anyone, not just someone who had a system installed in the last couple weeks, so I am so excited to have that kind of post-installation support available for the next 12 years. "Everything was great except they broke the exterior dryer vent cover. They said they would return and replace it. They never did. It never should have happened in the first place. A true professional would have removed the cover when cleaning to eliminate the possibility of damage."

"J. Blanton did an excellent job installing two brand new water heaters in my two flat.  After searching, talking to friends and family, and getting several estimates I decided on J. Blanton.   From the onset, they were courteous and patient with me.  It took some time for me to respond to the initial estimate and another month to schedule the installation but J. Blanton was patient with me  (my water heaters were still functioning but barely hanging on).  I even had to reschedule installation twice yet they were pleasant each time and patient with me.  
On the day of installation, they arrived promptly as promised and in fact the office called letting me know their plumbers/truck had left their yard.   This was very comforting, since I tend to become anxious, in general, when waiting for appointments and service calls. The installation went as outlined and by 2:00 pm that afternoon I had my water heaters installed.  Soon after I had hot water.  I was so happy!
As they began to clean up, the mature plumber of the two,  took time to review the features of the units.  He showed me the warranty and pointed out other functions.  I was very impressed!

The company's technician-Antwon came out on time and was very professional. He used professional equipment and explained all the services they offer in great detail with reasonable prices. I have light grey carpet throughout the house and my hallway is a high traffic area that leads from the kitchen to all the other rooms in the house. We've had many many spills in the hallway and it's been about 2 years since we've last had it cleaned. I was really impressed that Antwon was able to remove all of the darker spots despite how long it's been. Afterwards, the carpet looked and smelled like new! He also did a great job on my sofa too. It feels and smells wonderful!

Antwon also shared the importance of getting your carpets cleaned every 3-6 months to help prevent allergens, permanent stains and improve the overall smell of your home, especially if you have pets (which we do have a dog). Never knew any of that before and my daughter has bad asthma and is extremely allergy prone. It's been a couple weeks and already she's had 0 attacks inside our home. Definitely using their services again with in the next 6 months.
