"Excellent! All old systems were removed and all new Carrier equipment was installed. This work was performed in May of 2018 so I have had a year to evaluate the heating and air conditioning performance. Other than some dampers coming loose and requiring service calls there were no issues with any of the equipment or installation work. Tyler is a great company with an excellent sales and service force. My installers were fantastic and there was some follow-up work afterwards like insect guards for the intake and exhaust of the furnace and installation of new wiring for a modern thermostat. Tyler completed all projects and I am completely satisfied and happy with their performance. I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler for all you HVAC needs. We did a complete replacement of both heating and A/C and Tyler did a fantastic job."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "SILA is never going to be the cheapest but if you want something diagnosed swiftly and fixed or replaced just as quickly, you can't go wrong with these guys. They were the only ones to correctly diagnosis and fix our ailing furnace three years ago, so we trust them. For this problem, they tried to get the old pump into working order (turns out it was the kind that needed to be oiled; the contractor, not SILA, who installed it along with a heavy duty basement dehumidifier, never told us it needed oiling for routine maintenance). The SILA tech did all the diagnostics on the drain hose (no blockage there) and then tried oiling the motor. It was running but not well enough to push the water up the hose and down the drain. A new pump was the last alternative. Within 20 minutes, the SILA tech replaced the pump with one identical to our furnace condensate pump, which never needs oiling. Everything is working fine now! They also have good coupons/deals when you get on their email/mailing list."

"The gentlemen from Green Ductors were incredibly professional and clearly explained the problem to us. They explained different options that we had and gave us an estimate for each. We decided to have them install a new dryer vent, and our dryer has been working wonderfully ever since! They even sent us a document with before and after pictures. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."
