"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"The crew arrived on the date/time promised. They were polite, professional, and worked non-stop (except for 2 short breaks and lunch). Because of my landscaping, the crew determined the best way to get to the bottom of the foundation was to dig a hole—24” x 8’. It was truly impressive—perfectly squared off. They sealed the wall, replaced the dirt, and replaced decorative stone. They then installed a 50’ French drain—trenching, refilling the trench, and removing excess debris. The crew worked as a team, did a top-notch job, and left the job sites better than they found them. It took them 4 days—and they never wavered from an extraordinary work ethic. That was last week. This week? We’ve had torrential downpours and flooding—but my basement and garage are dry. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat."

"We contacted ServiceMaster of Roanoke the very morning of our leak discovery. They responded within hours of our call to begin removal of the damaged cielings and walls. The ServiceMaster team professionally and neatly sealed off any necessary areas with plastic and covered our floors in order to keep the removal areas from invading our whole downstairs. The team had all of the damaged plaster board cut away and removed in no time at all and cleaned up after they were finished. Actually, our garage was cleaner than before they started! Drying machines were then placed in the damaged areas. The next morning a follow up visit was made to check moisture readings and to check to see if we needed anything else. Once everything was dried sufficiently, the drying machines were removed. The service of ServiceMaster did not end here. We received another follow-up phone call to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and if we needed anything further. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the timeliness of service, quality of service, and truly professional customer service that we experienced with ServiceMaster of Roanoke. If needed again, we would not hesitate to call ServiceMaster of Roanoke, and we would highly recommend them to all of family and friends."

"We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"This was a great experience! ServPro answered my email quickly and scheduled a time for a home visit and estimate. There was no pressure to make a decision, but the appointment for the work was booked quickly when I was ready. Each of the employees we dealt with was courteous, informative, friendly, and professional. They arrived on time and the end result was an AMAZING improvement! Dirt, stains, and pet odors were removed, and although I was told ahead of time that some stain or odor might linger, I have been really impressed by all that was accomplished. For the amount of work that was done (including moving the furniture), I felt the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire again--although I hope we'll be able to keep it this way a long time!"

"This was our third job with Dollman Construction. They did a full kitchen renovation for us last year.
Our two new bathrooms are big steps up in both form and function. Jimmy Dollman worked with and improved on our design ideas and saw a great solution to make our master bath requirements work. By pushing back a knee wall and expanding a dormer by less than 30 sq feet, our new master bath feels twice as big. The addition of a transom window (with a mountain view) gives the room an open, warmer feel. Our house is 90 years old and in a historic district, so we were worried about getting approval for the part of the work that altered the exterior of our home. However, the job was approved without a hitch - Dollman understood the process, the requirements and was thorough.
As in the past, both Dollman employees and subcontractors were professional and we were comfortable with everyone who came in and out of our home. The Dollman employees who did the demolitions and the exterior construction were especially hard working and conscientious. The project manager, Bradley, was good with creatively handling the kinds of challenges you run into with older homes. He also found and corrected a pre-existing issues with a drain vent that could easily have gone unnoticed and uncorrected.
I assigned a "B" on punctuality because "B+" is not available. There was more down time during the first half of the job than we expected, partly, I'm sure, because managing subcontractors is often like herding cats. But to be fair, if we weren't living in the house during the work, we probably wouldn't have noticed, and it's not likely that any other general contractor in the area could have done better.
We're not planning any more renovations any time soon; twice in two years takes some recovery time! But we'd certainly use Dollman Construction again."

"I first used these folks to clean three area rugs (One very large, one mid sized and the other a runner). They did a very good job with them and I paid $151 for that service. All were cleaned and ready in 5 business days.I inquired about having the carpet in our family room stretched and cleaned and made an appointment for them to come the following week. The service technician showed up exactly on time. Our family room is huge - roughly 26x32. The carpet was new when we moved in and had developed a large hump from stretching over time. The main walk areas were noticeably dirty. The room has a floor to ceiling brick hearth and fireplace on one wall and a huge built in bookcase on the opposing wall. The technician (Steve) did an excellent job of stretching the carpet so that it lays flat again and had to resort to using the "old fashioned" knee kick method due to the brick wall and the bookcase. He did an outstanding job and really worked hard to make it right. He then did the carpet cleaning and the carpet now looks new again. This is beige carpet, so you can tell that it is clean.I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again."

"A local competitor quoted me at $2,400 for the 10' x 14' vinyl floor removal. I called Waco and their rep came out quickly. I told him I was going to remove all cabinets, trim, and vents before the floor removal. With me doing some of the leg work, they quoted me at $1,400. How could I pass that price up? We agreed on an appointment a few weeks later (the delay was my request). They showed up on time and ready to work. The man who came to my house to give me the quote (Keith M.) also came out that morning to supervise the set up and double check the foreman's plan of action. He left after he felt they were headed in the right direction. I was glad that he took the time to come by and double check his workers. The removal went fairly quickly. They got the two layers of vinyl flooring out down to the subfloor in about 3 hours. They contract a laboratory to run an air quality test after the removal but before they tear down the protective sheeting. Unfortunately, this air quality test takes over an hour. So they are left sitting in their truck outside with no other work to do until the lab gives them the thumbs up to tear everything else down. Not their fault I suppose. Payment was made after their work was done and they emailed me the air quality report from the lab. Should I ever need their services again, I will definitely hire this company."
