"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"The installers were nice pleasant young fellows, did a great job, would have no problem hiring them again"

"Installers were great to work with. Did not get upset with all the questions we asked. When they were done everything looked great. Only company willing to put the central air equipment in the basement. Will recommend them to anyone for air condition / heating. Charlie A. Grantville Pa."

"Within an hour of purchasing the advertised special, Henry from B A R called us to set up an appointment for service. He seemed knowledgeable and showed up promptly to our appointed time. After working on the unit for about an hour he determined that the unit had died and there was no hope reviving it - it was 14 years old after all. WIthin a few days Henry was back and installed our new unit. Around the time he installed our unit, our second unit died. We had him replace it as well. The work was done in a timely manner and we have been completely satisfied. We would definitely hire B A R Appliances again for our HVAC needs."

"There were 2 guys at my house and this is not the first time had a centralized humidifier installation done. These guys were so fast at their work that they completed the entire job within an one and half hours. They were thorough at their work / professional / knowledgeable and were super prompt at their times committed. I would highly highly recommend this company for future needs too."

"The first guy needed a part. The second guy came with the part, fixed it and tested to make sure it was working correctly. He seemed very competent and explained what he did. The cost was fair and better than other providers. He cleaned up when he was done. He also explained the various maintenance contracts."

"Great service. Fixed the problem in a day or less. Worked at night as well. Am definitely going to use him again.

"Not a repair but a central air conditioning service plus freon added. Dustin was professional and answered my questions."

"Our technician Earl was very knowledgeable. When he came back to install our 80 gallon, commercial, "Bradford White" hot water heater Norbert and another younger technician were very helpful in removing the old tank with no mess at all and taking the tank away. All 3 worked very well together to complete the install. The total time to uninstall the old and install the new was only 2 1/2 hours. Thanks to all 3 technicians, you did a GREAT job!"

"They completed the job ahead of schedule. Their expert installers were there early, extremely pleasant, worked tirelessly and cleaned up the property when the job was completed. I would absolutely recommend and hire this company again to do other projects in my home. There were no surprises or unexpected costs associated with the project. Extremely satisfied customer."
