The technician (David) was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time and home. It’s always a great experience to have maintenance conducted in you home and have the technicians give you expert advice on your heating and AC system. Our AC system is well over 25 years old and still running strong thanks to Palmer. I continue to be impressed with Palmer and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future!"
