"The work Beth Smith and team did for selling my townhouse was outstanding. Many times you see real estate agents take a property and then don't do much. Beth and team was helpful throughout the process from helping me find contractors and suppliers to get the property ready for sale (this was a lot of work since it was a rental property) to closing offers, negotiating inspections items to driving the closing process. "I'm generally not the one to bother writing reviews but with my stellar experience with Lisa, I thought this was the least I could do and hopefully give a bit of insight to others searching for a real estate agent.  Although this was my second home purchase I had never worked with a real estate agent before.  As with anything involving sales there can be pressure to buy (or sell) for a quick commission but never at any moment did I experience that with Lisa.  In fact in a bit of desperation because of looming time constraints I almost made an offer on a house that I would have likely regretted getting into and Lisa gently pointed out all the issues of the home and reassured me we would find a home right for me within the necessary time frame.  I truly felt Lisa always had my best interest in mind and she was always prompt with help and went above and beyond any expectations in every step from searching to the very last day of closing.  She guided me with her extensive knowledge and experience but again, I never felt a hint of pressure for something that I did not want.  Lisa is a true professional and I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a home."

"When my husband and I relocated to Charlotte we began our search for our first home. We were becoming frustrated shopping for houses on our own but we had met several real estate agents and they all seemed a bit?. slimy; like used car salesmen or something. Right from the first, we could tell Brian was different. He came to our first meeting loaded with useful information. All of the Saturdays he spent with us (and there were many) he came prepared with sheets on each house we would be seeing and info on the neighborhood. He is like a walking encyclopedia of useful information on real estate in general and the Charlotte market in particular, so most (if not all) of our questions he was able to answer on the spot. I cannot say enough good things about Brian. Not only is he a good person, but he is an excellent real estate agent. At every step of the way he has gone above and beyond what he needed to do. We did buy a house with his help and we couldn?t be more pleased. We are so happy with him that unless he moves away or stops being an agent, we will never use another agent again."
