"It went very well. They were the first and only plumbers to respond to the project. It was just before the 4th of July and the appointment was made for Tuesday the 6th. I was called that morning by them to see if they could come earlier because they had finish the job before me. I said yes and they arrived 20 min ahead of time. First thing that was done was examining what I had purchased. When that was okay the old toilet was removed. The flange needed to be replaced. I had figured that since the toilet was very loose on the floor. We discussed options and possible problems with each step. I was quoted a range of cost above the quote of project. It seemed very reasonable. When it was done the low numbers of both quotes were used and I was charged $529 which word for me. All trash was removed and the area was left very clean. We were able to discuss next steps I was thinking of for that bathroom. I was giving some very good advice. Excellent work! I recommend them and I will used them again when they he time comes"

"Advanced Mechanical Services (AMS) went out of their way to get our new oil tank installed and the old one removed in the winter. We were experiencing issues with our old tank where our oil company could not fill the old tank. AMS worked closely with us to install the new tank quickly. They kept us in the loop and were on time on installation day. The installers were professional, kept us informed and did an excellent job. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves. We also use them for our annual furnace cleaning. They always do a great job and have come out on emergency calls a few times over the past 25 (or more) years. I highly recommend them."

"Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient. "The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. I highly recommend HARP. I switched my heating system to them as well after my experience with the AC i stall. Thank you HARP!"

"Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."
