"I buy a plan for the seasonal things. On the price, I don't remember I think it's a couple of hundred dollars and they come out every three months. So, they check everything and occasionally they've done other things such as they've installed a new thermostat, things like that. Actually, that was on the initial visit, and that was an additional price. I've used them I think for a year and a half. It's reasonable, it's part of the package plan. Everything's been running pretty well. I just think they're pretty reliable, professional and easy to deal with. The interactions are very good. They explain what's going on if there is a problem they make sure that I understand what it is and I don't put any pressure on me to make a decision. I would say it's a good working relationship. It was an hour or an hour in a half to do the work, but there was something else that he found and I told him to go ahead and do that too. Everything was just as it was."

"After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. "I hired a neighbor to do a general repair of the exterior of my house as needed. As he worked through problems he stopped and pointed out the reason for facia and soffit paint problems - my gutters were rotten and leaking badly. As this was well beyond the scope of minor repairs I asked for advice and Seamless Restoration was recommended as a strong performer on the Angie's Listings. <br />  I called and they replied in person within just a couple of days. We did a walk around to examine all gutters and discussed  what needed to be replaced and what was perfectly usable as-is. The front of the house was left alone as it is working well. The back and sides were replaced.  The areas where the work needed to be done was explained, along with an explanation of the damage that was being caused by the leaking gutters. I'm not technical and the chat was handled at a level I understood. <br /> We scheduled the replacement, the workers showed up on time, dressed appropriately, with the correct tools and materials. They finished the work within the time estimated. The gutters and downspouts look straight and proper, nothing leaks and even following the heavy snows and ice I have no problems. <br /> Seamless Restoration was able replace only the gutters that needed to be replaced - there was no insistence on replacing <br /> everything and the workers were able to attach the new gutters to existing and there are no leaks. <br /> I would recommend Seamless restoration to anyone needing gutter replacement. <br />"
