"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."

"He arrived earlier and took a full hour to clean and inspect the chimney which hadn't been cleaned in at least 25 years. The chinmay was oil then last yeara converted to gas. He said the chimney had only minor debris and recommended we install liner eventually and a better rain cap and also to add a clean out door.  He addressed why we could need a liner and what to do until we have a liner installed (ie carbon monoxide alarm on all floors).  All in all we are very happy with the service provided and the attention to detail with both the work done and talking about the liner, etc recommendations. "Excellent for maintenance service and emergency work. I subscribed to their maintenance service for several years before they raised the rate, and they always did fine work. When I switched to another maintenance company that missed a flaw in my furnace which caused it to fail on season startup, AccuTemp came out to diagnose the problem the same day with no contract, got the large expensive replacement part for free under warranty, and had it fully installed and working again within 2 calendar days. All that for just the cost of a day's labor!"

"Provider was very pleasant and arrived on time. He replaced our outdoor faucet and we upgraded to a frost free version. The water shut off for our faucet is inside the house, which created a little more work for the installer, but he was able to finish the install without an issue. Very easy transaction from start to finish. "

"The cabana in our backyard collapsed due to heavy snow last winter. I contacted several junck removal companies found at Angies List. Steve called me promptly, showed up on time to look at the situation, and gave me an estimate the next day. I decided to have Steve do this job. He coordinated the time with my agent  and got the job done when I was out of town. He also informed me about the process through email. I was pleasantly  surprised when I cam back. The cabana and the hot tub were gone. The site was clean. Any savagable items were neatly set aside. It has been a great experience to work with Steve throug the whole process. "We called for an estimate and Earl suggested a visit to assess the situation (this was good since the other contractor we contacted gave us an estimate without a visit.) He came within a few days, examined the floor, and gave us a written estimate and a detailed description of the work to be done. He also suggested against removing the mastic - which would have cost more - since he did not think the cost/benefit ratio was good enough for us. The work was scheduled to take two days. The workers were prompt and spent the first day just setting up, including moving some furniture for us, which was nice. The second day was spent actually removing the tile. In retrospect, this was only one day's worth of work. It would have been a bit more convenient to have it done in one day. Once they were done, there was little evidence that they had been there (except for the missing tile!) They also laid plastic over the concrete floor at our request - since it was going to be a few days until we could replace the flooring. Overall, they were prompt, effective and professional."
