About Vondersaar Construction LLC was established in 2017 with almost 10 years of experience. The owner, Seth Vondersaar, started working construction as a summer job in high school. From there, he went to study at Marian University, where he obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Management. He also played football at Marian, playing on their 2012 National Title winning team. With a passion for creating new things and dedication to quality work, Seth went back to working construction after college. With a business degree and many years of experience Seth decided to start Vondersaar Construction in early 2017. With the help of his wife, Jordanne and support from his two daughters, Alexa 3 and Hadley 3 months, Vondersaar Construction is a family owned and operated business.
