"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"These guys are awesome! We've used them for the 20-some years we've lived in Lee's Summit. They are always responsive and punctual. They get the issue fixed the first time without me having to call them back. Pleasant and professional. Quality work. Their rates are reasonable. We have purchased air conditioners twice from them and furnace once. They did all the paperwork for the rebates for us. I called them last week because the air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling properly. He spent about an hour looking for the problem, didn't see anything broken, but cleaned out an extremely dirty condenser - which fixed the problem and we've been cool ever since."

"Did a fine job.  Snaked the main line to the house and found tree roots.  Then snaked the secondary line under the sink.  I am disappointed with the service provider because i feel like my angie's list coupon was used to punish me / make my service costs higher.  They charged me full price to snake the main line ($215) + full price to snake the kitchen line ($175).  If I had not purchased a "DEAL" with angie's list to get $200 worth of service for $79, they would certainly have discounted this dual service.  Those rates are rates that they charge for individual repairs.  Paying $175 to snake a small kitchen line when they are already on site is a pretty outrageous price.  It was clear after talking to the technician that the reason I was being charged full price for both services was because I had the coupon.
Basically, no point in purchasing their angie's list coupons.  I paid $80 for the coupon and another $190 for the service = $270.  If I did not have a coupon I think they would have charged me $215 for main line and something reasonable like $50 to snake an additional small line while they were already there totaling = 265.  So actually I may have paid MORE because I used angie's list..  Beware of this rip off and don't buy their "DEALS".
