"Great! I have three AC Units on my house, all were 11+ years old. I had issues with one early in the summer, then came home to find that a second one had gone kaput. I had conversations with three different providers, and ultimately I chose to go with Punbar to replace all three units. Ronald answered all my questions, made some good suggestions, and during all our conversations never pressured me to make one choice or another. He was matter of fact and honest about the limitations what we could do to improve the circulation in the house. His team was able to replace all three units in one day (albeit a long day!) and the were neat, tidy, cleaned up and picked up well, including when one of the workers accidentally put his foot through the ceiling. While they had to come back to repair the ceiling, again, it was done very well and the drywall person cleaned up the work area very well. The pricing was good, (of the the three quotes I had, Punbar was the middle price) and they worked to get all the rebates possible at the time, further reducing my cost. I would highly recommend them."

"Rhonda called me immediately after I purchased this big deal to schedule service.  I had just joined Angie's list and had never purchased a big deal.  I was very impressed.  I had to reschedule a couple of times; Rhonda was always prompt and courteous, making sure to work with my schedule. Steve arrived promptly after calling to let me know he was on the way.  He was  courteous & professional.  He installed 2 ceiling fans; one was defective; he returned a week later to install a replacement at no charge. "Excellent!  We never had an issue with the AC's or heaters and they performed exceeding well day in and day out.  Fresh Air would come out in the Spring and Fall of each year to perform a preventative maintenance check on the system, including changing the large air filters on the units upstairs in the attics. 
In November 2011, we had a major water leak downstairs, which meant that all of our downstair flooring was removed.  We had a lot of contractors in and out of the house at that time.  I remember one of the contractors asking if he could turn our AC fans "on", so that they provided additional (and continuous)  ventilation in the home during the repair work.  Fast forward several months later: the leak was repaired, we had new floors downstairs and all of the contractors were gone.  However, the fans on the ACs were still "on" and I was left wondering why my electricity bill had been so high for the last few months.  Fortunately, the Fresh Air tech during the Spring preventative maintenance caught the problem with the AC fans and turned them to "auto" so that they only came on when needed.  That simple acted saved me about 25% on my electricity bill, which more than paid for the cost of their preventive maintenance.
The techs that came out each year were professional, courteous and competent.  They always checked to make sure that the system was functioning properly inside and out.  I could turn my heaters on in the fall and not worry about inadvertenly filling my house with carbon monoxide.  In the summer months, I was confident that my units were providing cooling as efficiently as possible.  I highly recommend Fresh Air.

"I depend on Evolution Services. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. They have repaired my washer, cleaned the dryer vent (we do this annually), and they installed a built in double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and 3 new dishwashers. I have used them at two different homes. They even helped find me a great deal in a replacement when my dishwasher died 18 months out of warranty. I HIGHLY recommend!"

"Excellent and professional technicians. Explained everything thoroughly. Overall, they did a good job. The carpet seemed to be wetter than I'm used to after a professional cleaning. And, there were two small areas of carpet (one upstairs and one downstairs) that had a smell after they were done cleaning that was not present before cleaning. I hesitate to call the smell odors as it smelled more like the previous homeowner may have spot treated an area for pet odors (Nature's Miracle?) and what I was smelling was the residual product brought up as a result of cleaning. In most cases the cleaning should have eliminated any residual product, but the carpet and padding in this particular room is rather old, so maybe that contributed to the problem. They guarantee their work, and will come out and re-address any areas of concern. Since we plan to replace the carpets very soon, we didn't request a follow up visit."

"technician came out within the time stated. no freon was offered although it was part of the package to which i paid. i was told that the aged unit needed to be replaced. as well, i was informed that the freon was very expensive for the unit and the levels were far too low to make a difference. he left work needed invoice and stated a representative would be contacting me in the next few days with an estimate for a new system. several weeks passed with no follow-up from the company. when i reached out for the estimate that should have been prepared, i was told there was not enough data to make a determination. a new home visit would be required. the owner worked me into his Saturday schedule. the estimate was very high, even for a Trane system. i do appreciate that he called back after our visit to verify if i wanted to move forward. based on his attention, i felt much better about the previous interaction with the company. nevertheless, this is my review."

They replaced my entire air duct system and I have no complaints at all, they even bought they’re own ducts and included on the price.
