"Of course the A/C quits on the afternoon of the 90+ degree day! Fan and compressor were not working, but indoor fan was, meaning either a capacitor or contractor issue in the outdoor unit. Called office 10 minutes before they were done for the day, but was able to confirm a repair appointment for first thing the next morning. Technician (Sean) was here at 8 am, and after a 2 minute discussion and check, confirmed that capacitor was the issue. Still under warranty from Bryant, so that was a plus, but I was surprised that there was a failure after only 3 years since last unit ( also a Bryant, nd installed by AC Engineers after house was built in 1997) never had a problem for the 17 years we had it until replaced with the higher efficiency unit. The interesting comment from the technician was that he would likely replace 5-6 more capacitors that day (!!!!!), not tied to any particular brand of unit, but more because all the manufacturers use the same capacitor from the same source, and "they literally don't build them like the used too". Rather illuminating - In addition to the capacitor fix, he did a full service check of the system. Excellent job, responsive and knowledgeable."

"I discovered mold in the lower level of my house. Ron and Dan came out and surveyed the damaged areas. They recommend I get an air quality test, by a third party which I did. Once I got the results of the test, they gave me a detailed and thorough quote on remediation, of the mold and then reconstruction of the affected areas. The work was done by the owners Ron and Dan, and Ron's son Anthony. They were extremely thorough and detailed, took great care during the mold cleanup not to affect other areas of the house. They explained what was being done at each stage of the work and took great pride to make sure the work was being expertly done. After the remediation was completed we got together to discuss the rebuild phase, and took as much care with that as they did the remediation phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have this type of work done, or even just a remodel of your house, I knew I was in good hands with Ron and Dan, and the results proved it."

"Not even sure where to begin with this review. Our HVAC system died at the onset of the heat wave in 2020. All servicers were slammed with calls, including Abe. We found him top-ranked on Home Advisor so had a great deal of comfort from the start. Abe was prompt, friendly, honest and a lover of our pets who returned the love to him. The outcome of the service call was needing new units, which was not a surprise (we planned on replacing the 26 year old furnace/AC in September but alas). He was able to fit us in his schedule the next day. I read the Facebook reviews that evening after meeting him it became much more authentic because everyone elses experience was the same as ours. Abe and his team worked tirelessly for 11-12 hours getting this installed. it was lengthy due to going from 80% to 93% efficiency and there was absolutely NO compromise to quality. He is a perfectionist; no detail was ignored. Abe has high-integrity and is kind, conscientious, and fair. We highly recommend his company and will continue to refer others to him. His spirit really has us rooting for his success! If financing is a concern drawing you to one of the larger HVAC businesses, have no worries, competitive financing is available, if needed."

"I have rarely experienced service like I have received from Joe. He emphasizes customer service and fair dealing, and the quality of his work is second-to-none. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
