"The night before my biannual HVAC check up, I found my basement had some flooding. I have been working with Appleton Campbell for a YEAR and the experiences have been unwanted but exceptional. No one wants to have their sump pump die, but mine did this week. Today Ethan and David came by to check on the new furnace and airconditiong system I had installed last year. THANK GOD they came today. It was a rescheduled visit, but I found out my basement had flooded a bit. I had my HVAC unit inspected and now they are installing a new sump pump Monday. I was hoping Appleton and Campbell could provide guidance as to what was happening and who to call to fix it. They are doing everything. Last year I was purchasing my Mom's house as she had passed away. A week before closing the HVAC unit went out. They came out and a day later I had a team of people replacing the system. I have natural gas and pay a monthly fee instead of paying a huge amount the months usage spikes. This new HVAC system is so efficient that I had 4.5 months where I didn't have to pay a bill because I ended up with a large credit."

"From the estimate appointment (Mark) to the install (Charles, Christian and Justin), McCrea employees were professional, courteous, punctual, responsive and hard working. It was an all day job. The work areas were left clean. Charles explained the install and systems to me before leaving. New A/C seems to be working great. Heat hasn’t been used yet. McCrea handled the permits and product registrations. Gwyn communicated with me promptly after the install regarding both."

"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused.
