Further he was berating my appliance that it was very dirty and suspected that it was not being maintained. I said it is being maintained and that Sears maintenance did the tune up 2 months ago and that everything was working until yesterday. He asks "Are you sure?" What was that? I said I've been living in this house for 11 years and I know more about my house than you do." I didn't like that condescending tone and that gaslighting kind of behavior. I would never recommend Sam. He then asked us about his tablet. When we said we don't know and said we don't think we saw you coming in with a tablet. He asks "Are you sure?" ***. This was supposed to be a visit to give us a free quote. He tried to charge us $79. But we said it was supposed to be free. He spent 10 minutes in our house trying to argue with his colleagues why told us it was free and whether we were making it up or not."
