"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"I had a leak in my water main coming into the house in my crawl space. I called 2 local firms without being able to have so one come help. Linda from Mr.Rooter called me back within 10 minutes and scheduled a plumber for the next morning.Brian arrived by 11am accessed the situation gave me an estimate and was able to repair the leak. Very professional, courteous and timely. I still have not heard from my local company ! Very nice to have water again. I will use them again."

He started it when he said he would and finished in the time he said it would probably take. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Nothing was left for me to do! "MIke repaired a broken water pipe at our camp. Pipe was in a cramped crawl space, burst after an extreme cold snap. He was available within 2 days after the call, showed up on time, and performed the repairs quickly. It was obvious he has many years of experience and is very competent. I would hire him again for any future plumbing work."

"When the granite was initially installed, they had cut the holes the wrong size for the faucet and had to come back out the following week with a new piece of granite. However, because it was their mistake, they were able to come to the house after 5 pm so that I didn't have to miss work again for the installation. They did a beautiful job and I was happy with the finished product."

"Mitchell was very professional and great at the work he’s done on my 2 homes. I’ve had 2 bathroom remodels. Funace and hot water heater replaced. Put an expansion water tank on one of my homes. Hooked up my water for my new refrigerator and dishwasher. Have not had any issues with his work. Highly recommend."
