"Angel Air scheduled a technician Mike the next morning to review the performance of my 5 ton 2 stage AC unit. Mike adjusted both stages of the compressor fan speed which improved the cool air output at the registers to an acceptable level . Luckily, as he was preparing to close the unit the intermittent noise started, and he detected that the screws for the compressor cover were not totally tightened which now corrected both conditions. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. "Was very surprised when he was able to make out the same day. It was Very hot summer day I know he was tired and at about 8pm he still came to repair the compressor on my fridge not leaving till around 10:00pm. The price was reasonable and fair without the gouging. The Work was solid and I have had no issues since. Speaking with him during the visit I learned that he was a service tech for Sears for years before starting his own business and more than likely one of the techs Sears would have sent in my area. "A 4-ton SEER 13 single-speed compressor and corresponding single-speed air mover was replaced with a SEER 21 with a two stage compressor and variable speed air mover. Everything could not have gone any smoother. The various specialists came on time with little gap between one completing and the next one starting. The basic installation, consisting of system leak test, removing the old system and installing the new system was completed in 5 hours. A subsequent duct cleaning, new pressure test and QC audit was equally efficiently done. All workers were polite, professional and cleaned up any dropped installation. All packing and the old system was removed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."

"I contacted Adam's office staff via email to schedule repairs to be made at our rental home based on his excellent Angie's List reviews.  They were prompt and courteous, as was his service to the tenant.  Our tenant is a young professional and has always given us feedback on any folks that we've had do work in the home.  She found Adam to be prompt, professional, trustworthy, and complete.  I found his responsiveness, price, and ability to solve the problem to be on target.  I also appreciated the fact that he was able and willing to let me know what services were performed by phone.  His office staff were friendly and prompt with getting me the invoice.  We have since called them back for additional work.  Unfortunately, it was work that they don't do.  However, they referred us to a company with whom they have worked it the past -- who completed the job promptly and at a fair price.  I would MOST DEFINITELY call Adam again!
