"Went with company based on previous reviews and the fact that they are on the PGE contractor list.  Originally met with Lance for estimate and potential needs.  Had an energy assessment through an outside vendor which showed my house wasn't as leaky as I thought it would be.  Turned out that windows were the biggest bang for my buck.  Lance was very helpful.  Got windows ordered and scheduled install pretty quickly thereafter.  Roger was the primary installer.  Had a small oops with one big window because apparently the measurement was either incorrect or transcribed wrong so that had to be reordered.  Scheduler thought it would be an all day install but only took a couple of hours.  They were very professional and friendly.  I work from home and was on conference calls during the install.  They were really pretty quiet overall. Cleaned up everything and the windows looked great.  The other window was reordered.  Roger came back a few weeks later and installed the final window.  I would definitely use them again. <br />"

At the start of each day, they explained what they were going to do, which helped us better understand the process/progress. Not being up in the attic during the process, it is hard to evaluate work quality. However, based on their work ethic, viewing from the attic entrance, and your reviews on Angie's List, I am confident they did an excellent job. Brian was very helpful. I explain some special situations like a bathroom vent that could provide rodent access. I expected to have to remind Brian at the end of the project, but to my pleasant surprise, there was no need. He solved the problem to our satisfaction. Brian mentioned that he was going to take pictures of some of the completed stages of the project for us to see. "I interviewed 4 solar companies and NRG stand out the most because of the pricing. Kaelen came over and went through the numbers and everything made sense. I like the inverters and panels that NRG offered. Tiffany was great coordinating the project and handling the H.O.A. To get it approved by HOA took 3 days and after installation the city inspection took 1 day. Installers took 2 days to install 32 panels on a two story home. NRG seems like they really care because they sent out Robert after everything is completed to make sure I am completely satisfied with my solar. Love using the solar edge app and monitoring my production. Very useful tool if you want to manage your electricity. I am so pleased with NRG I am going to refer my neighbor who also wants solar.
