"I cannot say enough good things about the 2 gentlemen that came to my home. First of all, they arrived 25 minutes before their start time which I appreciated. They were very kind and took care of the plumbing issues in all 3 of my bathrooms in no time. I will be hiring them again for my HVAC as well. They were very reasonably priced. "They did not have the courage to call me and tell me they were going to be late. I waited from 11 am to 3Pm for them but no one came . I call the office and it was indicated that my name was not in their computer but funny that after half an hour , one of their workers called me and say that he was waiting and no one was home. Sure after waiting so long and was disappointing . Why they did not have the courage to call me and say that they were to come late? I call that very inefficient. I was in the military for over 30 years and not even one time I experienced anything like that"

"Apex Plumbing employees, James and Zach, came to my house to repair a water leak that stopped all water service to my house. James came and cleared the lawn covering my pipes. Then Zach came, located the leak and replaced the water pipe serving my house. Unfortnately, The meter showed a continuing leak. James crawled under my house and found an unknown second leak. They eliminated that pipe leak under my house. I now have full water service to my house with no more leaks. Thank you Zach and James for a complete repair of known and unknown leaks. Good job!"
