" On Friday afternoon at 4:30, we discovered that our A/C unit was not cooling. A call was placed to our regular service provider, but they couldn't come out till next week.  We found the information on Air Comfort Heating and Air Systems and were pleased with the reception we received from Christi - especially since we were new customers and it was late Friday afternoon.  She dispatched a technician and we had a follow up call from the technician to let us know he was on his way.   On his arrival, we learned he was the owner of the company. Talk about service.  He was thorough in his assessment of our system and unfortunately it was just too old to be saved.  James was thorough in discussing our options were and after reviewing those options, we decided to replace both our A/C unit and furnace with a more efficient unit. We were thrilled to learn that he could have his technicians here on Monday morning at 7:30 am.  Monday came and his technicians arrived right as promised.  The two technicians who performed the service were clean cut, knowledgable, respectful of our property, and quickly got to work.  They laid down tarps to protect our floors and when they left the house was a clean as when they arrived.  The technicians did a great job of keeping us informed of their progress and later that morning the owner, James, stopped by to check on their progress. By 3:00 we had cool air running through our system. When it came time to pay, the bill was exactly was the estimate was. No hidden surprises.  We couldn't have been more happy with our experience with Air Comfort Heating and Air Systems and look forward to using them for our regular service in the future.  I must say their customer service really stands out and we have already referred them to several of our neighbors without hesitation."
