"Everything went well. Vitt arrived on time the day of installation and began immediately and worked through the next 2.5 days. The installation went well. However, there was a slight vibration in the blower motor at full blower speed so the lead installer came back out after checking with the manufacturer and worked for several more hours until the issue was resolved. Highly recommended"

"Went very well. It's somewhat expensive, but we did have a higher number than average of ducts and vents/returns to be cleaned. They went above and beyond the original scope and we were happy with the service."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"I had an excellent experience with Scott! Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. During the thermostat installation procedure he discovered two issues with my AC unit (one of the fuses was blown and also one of the wires was fried) and fixed both without any additional cost.
