Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. Original estimate, before they judged the scope of work, was about $170, but went up $55 when they saw they would have to move the g.d. to the other sink because of its size. This was still under the $300 average for this work. PLUS, when Justin and I got to talking about hard/soft water issues, I mentioned that I had to change the filter on my refrigerator but didn&apos;t know how, he did it for me at no charge. Will definitely use them again."
