He went above and beyond, he came and got the parts that was broken and went out to get it in stores, when he came back the tenant was not answering, he left and informed me, so i called the tenant and that's the time he came back and was allowed to work and he did an amazing job. he fixed the problem, he was polite. "The fireplace is old and Jeff the repair man worked for 2 hours on the repairs.  There was a $45 service charge, thermopile replacement charge & a repair charge which all totaled $254.26.  I cannot comment on price as I have no idea what it would have cost if I called another company.  All I know is that it is now running and Jeff who worked on it the entire time he was here.
