"had original rotted T1-11 siding as sheer wall replaced with plywood sheer wall, hardy blueskin, and hardie panel siding. also had vinyl replacement windows and sliding door taken out and milgard ultra fiberglass installed instead. all work performed to high quality standard. good flexibility for our participation in the process. very focused on customer satisfaction. would definitely recommend to others who know what they want from their window/door/siding contractor."

"Ike happened to be available within a day of responding to my inquiry.  We first spoke about my concerns over the phone.  During the call, he treated  me with great respect and patience as I misused terms and had trouble describing the problem.  He anticipated that I would need new fixtures and made some recommendations, so I was prepared when he came to do the work.  He arrived for our appointment exactly on time; assessed my problems, tested my voltage and wiring to the problem fixtures, and then replaced two outdoor light fixtures.  As a bonus to me, he also fixed a loose stair railing that was pulling away from its anchors.  I recommend Ike's Electric without hesitation or reservation."

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows, 
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen!

"Eric is very capable, and polite.  He worked quickly removing the old wiring and control, plus taking out the old motor and chain system.  Eric tightened all the wing nuts on the wooden garage door, and oiled the complete new system including the track it runs on.  Eric moved the garage control button to a new place, and explained to us the extra security features it had, that our old system did not have.  Eric worked quietly and in less than two hours he had the new system in and working well.  He laughed saying, "I can do this work in my sleep".  It was obvious he takes pride in his work and enjoys doing it!  I gave him a tip too.

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible.
