"My old intercom/door bell system went down and it came to the point that the feedback coming through the intercom inside my house was driving me nuts. I knew that at some point I needed to put it a whole new doorbell/intercom system. I have an outer wall with a door to the street. The old door release didn't work when I got the house back in 2003. I decided I wanted s sytem that has a built in camera so I can see who's outside when they buzzed the doorbell and the ability to open the door once I buzzed them in. Isaias at Ike's Electric picked out a system I wanted and installed everything professionally. He  cleaned up after himself when he had to drill and cut, and made sure the system and its wiring was correct and worked perfectly. He taught me how to use it and finally My door release works again!"

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows, 
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen! 
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
 *painting kitchen cabinets,
*regrouting the kitchen sink,
 *priming and painting the baseboards in the living room, dining room and hallway,
*fixing a water damaged wall
*Priming and painting the trim around the living and dining room windows.

*removing the carpet in the  large  hallway and cleaning up the hardwood underneath, (gorgeous)
 *taking the paint off of some tiling in the bathroom.
Carlos brought all of the supplies and even went to home depot to pick up some items for projects that I had added to the original list.  Carlos is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. 
He is a great listener when you explain what you need and makes valuable suggestions! 
I love walking around the house and seeing all of the wonderful improvements.  If houses could smile, mine would have the biggest around.

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

We remodeled an entire floor which included the master bath, master closet, second bedroom with new walk in closet, which was quite a complicated operation. "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
