"The work was done very professionally for a great deal. The job demand was to mount two cameras, one in the front door and the other jn the garage. Oscar and Alejandro knew what worked and was not afraid of putting out suggestions on how to improve it. When a plan might not work, we came up with a different solution that achieved the same goal. "My old intercom/door bell system went down and it came to the point that the feedback coming through the intercom inside my house was driving me nuts. I knew that at some point I needed to put it a whole new doorbell/intercom system. I have an outer wall with a door to the street. The old door release didn't work when I got the house back in 2003. I decided I wanted s sytem that has a built in camera so I can see who's outside when they buzzed the doorbell and the ability to open the door once I buzzed them in. Isaias at Ike's Electric picked out a system I wanted and installed everything professionally. He  cleaned up after himself when he had to drill and cut, and made sure the system and its wiring was correct and worked perfectly. He taught me how to use it and finally My door release works again!"

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows, 
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen! 
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
 *painting kitchen cabinets,
*regrouting the kitchen sink,
 *priming and painting the baseboards in the living room, dining room and hallway,
*fixing a water damaged wall
*Priming and painting the trim around the living and dining room windows.

*removing the carpet in the  large  hallway and cleaning up the hardwood underneath, (gorgeous)
 *taking the paint off of some tiling in the bathroom.
Carlos brought all of the supplies and even went to home depot to pick up some items for projects that I had added to the original list.  Carlos is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. 
He is a great listener when you explain what you need and makes valuable suggestions! 
I love walking around the house and seeing all of the wonderful improvements.  If houses could smile, mine would have the biggest around.

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too.
