"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. "A-maze-ing. These guys were GREAT - I won't be calling anyone else in the future. First, they spoke to the woman in the house exactly as they did to the man - no dumbing it down for the ladies. Physically showed me what was going on and explained it well so I understood what was needed and why. They let me know which repairs needed to be done immediately and which could wait - no hard upsell at any point. They set reasonable expectations for what improvement I could expect with each step. Polite, friendly and helpful, showed up well within the estimated window. In 5 visits I worked with only 2 point people, meaning they weren't having to start from zero every time someone walked in. They charge by the job, not the hour, meaning the work was done quickly, but with quality. I had someone I know take a look at the work and they said everything looked very well-done. After each step they followed up with me by phone to find out if I wanted/needed anything else. In short, I had a shockingly great experience with them and can't recommend them highly enough."

"Sunshine came out to install a new GFI outlet in our powder room. We initially thought we would have to make some serious sheet rock repair but the electrician came in, appraised the situation and found a way to make it work with no repairs necessary.  He was quick, clean and gave us a detailed rundown of the job while in progress and before.   We also had them quote some additional fan box installations that weren't put in when our house was built and we plan to have them back soon to do that work too!

"It started at 7 am.  The ducts were sealed by 10 am.  The guys went up in the attic and crawled around the fab.  ( I have an almost flat roof).  From  10 am to 11:30 am they added the insulation.  My attic was R15.  They added almost 14 inches of insulation.    Then since I had leakage around the vent for my swamp cooler.  So they disconnected the swamp cooler for free.
