"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"They were willing to charge by the hour instead of by the job for replacing a pressure reducing valve where I already had the valve assembly set up myself and just needed someone to sweat in the pipes. Other plumbers wanted to charge me for the job price as though they were providing all the parts themselves. The plumber was experienced and did a great job and worked quick."

"My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

He carefully and thoughtfully considered the best way to make it fit in the limited space, and ultimately came up with a super-efficient solution that required a minimum of new piping. He explained and demonstrated how it worked, and how to turn it on and off. As he turned on the pilot light for the water heater after installation, he explained how to do it if I ever needed to do it myself. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry and further questions. "He was professional at first and the job was superb and clean BUT he didn't check the most important part of the job which was to see IF THERE WAS GAS coming out of the pipes where he's supposed to connect the new pipes for an outdoor BBQ grill. After the whole job is done and charged us $400, he found out there is NO GAS and it was basically just a job for him but completely USELESS for us and we paid him $400. WILL NOT RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN. SORRY! We should have gotten half of our money back or something. IT'S super dissappointing!"
