We were charged $390.00 for the diagnosis. We were not convinced by what he told us. Then, we called another HVAC contractor from different company to look at the issue. He was able to pin point the issue with the unit in 15 minutes and fixed it by refilling refrigerant at around $300! What a difference! I will never trust and use Premier HVAC Mechanical Corporation again!"

Depending on the type of pad your system uses, you will need to change out the pads every one to three years for proper operation. The U.S. Department of Energy states that swamp coolers can cool a single room by five to 15 degrees Fahrenheit.
