Our remodeling project included a complete kitchen remodeling, the removal of a wall, the removal and installation of new floors throughout the entire house, the replacement of the electrical rewiring, and several other upgrades to our old flip house. Jacob and his team transformed the house into a stunning modern lovely place. Our old and ancient kitchen is now so beautiful, and we love using it and spend a lot of time cooking in it! we were continually impressed by the high quality of the work they did. "The sandblasting took two days. The work was done by only three men, who did an outstanding job. My property has two sump pumps and a pipe drain. They were careful to close those off and use their own pumps for moving the water. All the debris was shoveled up and moved by wheelbarrow to their truck and hauled away. Clean up was excellent. Sandblasting is a very messy project. They did a good job of getting up the greatest amount of sand paint chips and muck. I was pleased with the outcome. I still continue to sweep and shop vac sand, but it is all minor compared to the massive amount of work the crew did to clean my property. Active Sandblasting did a superior job of meeting my needs. I would highly recommend their services. <br />"

"Avi and his team remodeled our first home with my wife and we were both very happy with the final results. We remodeled our kitchen, flooring, and powder room all within our budget thanks to Avi and his willingness to make a deal. I went through a lot of contractors and Avi stood out because not only was he very respectful, but was keen on details. He would share his honest opinion and suggest alternatives that were much better in quality and price. At the end of the day, he really wants the customer to feel good and confident in the project. Now there were some bumps in the road during the project, but that was because of a different company not living up to the quality of work that Avi's team does and there was a few delays on shipment which caused deadline to be extended, but we were informed along the way so there was no surprises. Overall, if you are looking to not go way over your small or medium budget and looking for professional work on remodeling your home I would recommend just calling Avi. His opinion and vision of your new project could save you a lot of money and save you on making bad decisions. "Jose and his son Loui were great! We had been delayed by another contractor for tiling the floor in one room and it needed to be completed by a specific time. When we called Jose he immediately came to give a quote which was unbelievably lower than the other quotes we had received. Loui started 2 days later and finished by our deadline and did an excellent job. I would not only hire again, I would have paid more. Loui, was meticulous , conscientious and respectful. They both were very professional."

"Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Guy came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Builderzz. Guy was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he never missed a detail! Although Builderzz was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Guy and Builderzz Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Guy's dedication to quality.
