This company told me that my water pressure was too high (80 psi) which it was. Their solution was to have me install an expansion tank plus install a 2 inch pressure relief valve. I then called Cal's who installed the relief valve on the 3/4 line from my meter, and said I didn't need an expansion tank. The whole price was less than what the other company was going to charge me for just the 2 inch pressure relief valve. This demonstrated to me that this company is honest and fair. Their professionalism and competence are unquestionable. From now on, I'm saving time and grief by calling them for any plumbing issues."

In fact I got an upgraded toilet as a result of the order snafu but had to wait a couple days for a seat that did not come with the order. But once they were installed, I was satisfied. The installation went fine with no issues other than the missing seat. The installer was very thorough and cleaned up the job and left my bathrooms as if no one was ever there."
