"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.

"The service went great. The owner came out for the job. He was very efficient and completed the work in about 15 minutes. He were punctual. I felt reassured that I will not have a house fire from the dryer vents now. I had no problem at all with scheduling the service and they were very responsive.
