"The project seemed to turn into something unexpected. I have a flush-up toilet that needed a new macerator installed. The pipes were realigned and the macerator installed, but the toilet didn't seem to work right. Their technician Mark immediately went into figuring out what could be wrong. Checking the pipes, analyzing the owner's manual, and calling the manufacturer of the toilet. He ran a few tests and figured out what was wrong. "2 men came out. They were very professional; they assessed the job and devised a resolution that did not cost an arm and a leg; did not the removal of any other items in my laundry room and installing any other unnecessary equipment (other company said was required). They cut a pipe, installed flexible gas line and were able to easily install the hot water heater. Thank you for doing only what was necessary! I gave a "B" for quality because I had to call the gas company to have a fitting tightened after smelling gas in the room."
